This course is specifically designed to aid ‘mums to be’ throughout their pregnancies and labour. You will learn breathing techniques together with strengthening & flexibility exercises. You may participate in this course from your second trimester right up to your due date. We strongly advise that you have previous experience of attending exercise classes.
